Load sensing: The patented load-sensing system prevents overloading of the hammermill, eliminating engine stress and unnecessary fuel consumption.
Nitrogen Accumulators: The nitrogen accumulator allows harmless passage of tramp metal and other potentially damaging contaminants.
Reversing Fan: An automatically reversing fan keeps airflow unobstructed, maximizing engine performance and fuel efficiency.
Self-propelled drive: The heavy-duty scraper floor and load-sensing feeding system. By ensuring a consistent material flow, product Process material on the move with our optional self-propelled drive system. Crawling or tracking the grinder around a job site allows production to proceed without interruption.
Tramp-tolerant hammermill: The patented breakaway comb screen and tramp-tolerant hammermill make catastrophic failures from random contaminants all but a distant memory.
Wide-discharge belts: Wide discharge belts keep material flowing smoothly, maximizing the performance of the Neodym magnet and improving screen efficiency.
